ARTIFICIAL TURF
The demand for artificial turf is one that is steadily increasing due to its low maintenance qualities. Not only do you not have to irrigate or mow it, it also helps to keep your lawn mud free after our common Lowcountry heavy rains. This is a huge bonus for people with children and dogs! Since the turf is synthetic, you’ll have a green lawn year round which is a bonus as well. We have five years experience installing artificial turf for residential lawns, dog runs/parks, putting greens, pool decks, commercial playgrounds and sports complexes.
ARTIFICIAL TURF: VERTICAL APPLICATIONS
Occasionally, we get requests for vertical applications mostly for Social Businesses and events that want a “green wall.” There’s a lot you can do with artificial turf!
OUTDOOR KITCHENS
Choose Good Neighbor Contracting to aid in creating the perfect setting for you to entertain your guests or simply feed your family al fresco. We can custom build cabinets, countertops (i.e. concrete, granite, wood, tile), grilling stations or whatever structure you require or desire to make your outdoor kitchen yours!

Water features can be the main focal point or greatly complement any outdoor setting. The sound of running water is relaxing and calming when you are lounging on your deck or patio. It can either be the main sound or aide in the creation of the perfect ambiance when entertaining. We work closely with our customers to assure they get the perfect application that flows with their outdoor living space.
LANDSCAPE ILLUMINATION & ACCENT LIGHTING
Bring your landscape and outdoor living space to light at night! Not only does proper illumination help to make your space safe to use at night; adequate and properly placed accent lighting makes it easier to fit and create the mood our clients want for their scene. We will consult with you and walk you through the decision process to ensure you get not only what you need, but what you want as well. Lighting can also help to deter unwanted quests, be them two-legged or four-legged.
SPECIALTY GARDEN INSTALLS
Interest gardens are a great way to compliment your new install. Nothing adds more beauty to a new install than a fresh addition of plants. We can construct custom planters and garden beds to house perennials that keep interest year-round while adding some annuals to fit every holiday and season.
